These terms govern your use of the Biosel Solar website. Please read them carefully; by using the site you accept them.

01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Biosel Solar Pvt. Ltd. ("Biosel", "BSPL", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in India. They apply to the website at biosel.in and its related pages (together, the "Site"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful, professional and business purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Site;
• scrape, harvest or copy content other than as permitted; or
• misrepresent your identity or submit false information.

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the Site or its users.

03Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, code, graphics, logos and the Biosel name and marks — are owned by Biosel or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site in accordance with these Terms. EPC project work is governed by its own separate written contract, not by these Terms.

04Estimates & technical content

Any figures, savings estimates, yield numbers, specifications or other technical content shown on the Site are indicative and provided for general information only. They depend on assumptions that may not reflect site-specific conditions and do not replace a stamped engineering design, a site survey, or professional judgement. Any proposal, capacity, price or timeline becomes binding only when set out in a separate written contract signed by Biosel. Biosel is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on indicative content shown on the Site.

05Disclaimers & "as-is"

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any result or estimate will be accurate.

06Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biosel and its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, generation or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to INR 10,000 (ten thousand rupees).

07Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biosel and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

08Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
